What is a pallet painting party?
We prepare pallet styled wood projects that can be either painted or stained at a party. Guests pre-register for an event and choose their design. The Paint Pallet prepares all the materials needed for the party. At the actual event, guests are guided through each step of the project by the instructor. The instructor will teach various techniques and will assist each guest in finding the right finish for their décor.
Where are private parties held?
The Paint Pallet is fully mobile and parties can be hosted anywhere in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our Hosts provide the location and The Paint Pallet will handle the rest. Parties can be held in homes, community centers, restaurants, wineries!
Are there any public events available?
Yes! We host public workshops at various businesses and neighborhood HOAs in the area. If you are a local business or would like to book us for a resident event, feel free to contact us. We currently partner with the HOAs for resident events at Paloma Creek, Union Park and Windsong Ranch. Public events can be found on our homepage or click here to learn more.

How much does it cost to attend a workshop?
All of our workshops are $45 - $50 depending on the size of the project chosen. We currently offer four different sizes to choose from.
Private parties have a $100 deposit to secure a date on our calendar. Deposits are refundable once the guest minimum is met and the party is held. Deposits will not be refunded if a party does not meet the minimum or is cancelled.
What is the guest minimum/maximum?
All private events require at least 6 paid guests. The maximum amount of guests depends on the size of your space.

May I request a custom stencil?
Of course! There is a $5 fee for all custom stencil designs and that includes 3 rounds of edits.
Do the parties get messy?
We will provide aprons, but there is always a chance of getting paint on your clothes, so wear something you don't mind getting paint on.
How long do parties last?
Approximately 2 - 2.5 hours. Your project will be complete and ready to take home to display in your home.
Are there any rewards for Hosts?
We love our hosts and to show our appreciation, the Host paints for free if there are 10 or more paid guests.
Is my deposit for a private workshop refundable?
Deposits for private events are fully refundable if the event meets the guest minimum and the event takes place. The deposit will be forfeited if an event is cancelled or does not meet the minimum amount of guests.
