The mission at The Paint Pallet is to inspire creativity through interactive pallet painting workshops and paint parties. We believe everyone has a creative bone hidden inside - they just need a little help tapping into it. At a workshop, you will paint, stain, distress and personalize a piece of raw wood into a beautiful piece of art you can proudly display in your home.

No experience is necessary!  You will be guided through the project step-by-step so you can leave with a beautiful, one of a kind piece.

These pallet painting workshops are BYOB — bring your own beverage and bring your own buddy! So don’t forget to invite a friend to join you. The more the merrier!

The Walkabout Family, 2014Before opening The Paint Pallet, Jeanette Walkabout found her passion for painting on wood planks and refinishing small pieces of furniture. Eventually, she began teaching workshops and sharing this passion throughout her community and in the homes of friends and family. Seeing guests light up at the sight of their finished projects is what truly inspires her and keeps her pursuing this journey. She believes that everyone has the ability to get a little creative – they may just need a little nudge and guidance.

In early 2017, with the support and encouragement of her friends and family, The Paint Pallet was born. Through this new venture, it is her goal to empower, lift up and encourage women to follow their dreams and face their fears.

Jeanette and her husband, Shane, live in Prosper, Texas with their two daughters, Ava and Mia. You will occasionally see her daughters at workshops, as they enjoy being a part of mom's business.

We invite you to join in on the new kind of painting party in town!
